  6. Welcome to the May 1996 issue of the GAC
  7. FLAK. This time the Archive has changed
  8. substantially. Since external bitmaps
  9. are now supported in PageStream3, I have
  10. kept all the bitmapped graphics external
  11. and included the appropriate files in
  12. the format mentioned in the March and
  13. April readme files.

  15. In order to avoid problems while loading
  16. simply extract the archive wherever you
  17. want, then assign GAC_NL: to wherever
  18. the GAC_NL directory winds up. When
  19. loading the various pages, PageStream3
  20. will look in GAC_NL:graphics for the
  21. bitmaps. In this form, the archive
  22. requires that you have the JPEG.filter
  23. for PageStream3 from SoftLogik.
